Job summary

AIOS is seeking a Web Designer to own how our brands look and perform on the web. You’ll shape the offer, design pages, build them, ship them and learn from results, going beyond visuals.

This full‑time, fully remote role lets you work async in your preferred timezone, with midday Pacific Time overlap. You’ll collaborate with growth, design leadership, and CRO, shaping high‑conversion experiences for Bolt Pharmacy, Bolt Med and new markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing high-performing websites and landing pages.
• Strong understanding of what motivates people to convert.
• Able to craft compelling USPs and value propositions, and put them on a page so they land.
• Design to code: comfortable moving your own designs into frontend code; Webflow experience is helpful.
• AI-native: use AI in day-to-day workflow and push adoption further.
• Ownership: self-directed and able to own work from insight through live page.

Responsibilities

• Own web conversion end to end, from insight through to live page.
• Design websites, landing pages, funnels and onboarding flows that get people to act.
• Turn what we know about patients into compelling USPs and value propositions.
• Follow scent trails (data, research, CRO insights) and translate into high‑converting designs.
• Get designs from Figma into frontend code yourself; Webflow is used.
• Use AI to design, build and generate A/B tests and pages.
• Build scalable workflows and templates to let one designer handle more work.
• Ship fast: move from idea to live test in days; learn and adapt.
