Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking an AI-native Video Editor to own end-to-end post-production for paid social across multiple markets. You will drive GenAI integration, localize central footage, and ensure compliance while delivering high-volume, platform-native assets.

You'll work with After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, and the global Creative Strategy team, operating on-site in NYC four days a week to meet tight deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of video editing experience in digital, paid media, or social content.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using GenAI tools in a post-production workflow.
• Familiarity with GenAI content policies and compliance requirements, particularly for EU/global markets.
• Strong experience developing assets for Paid Social, particularly TikTok, Meta, YouTube, & Snap.
• Expert proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of CapCut.
• Extensive knowledge of color grading, pacing, and timing for performance-oriented content.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end post-production from ingest to multi-format delivery and versioning.
• Operationalize the global footage library and localize central footage for markets.
• Drive AI-integration across post to push creativity and efficiency, stay updated on GenAI tools.
• Maintain GenAI policy compliance across EU and global markets.
• Edit short-form video for paid social channels using data-driven insights.
• Build motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, and end cards in After Effects; collaborate with design teams.
• Manage multi-format, multi-market video workflows across delivery stages.
• Minimize feedback rounds and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
