Job summary

Indeed Flex is hiring for a hands-on Creative role focused on AI-forward and synthetic content. You will produce short-form video and supporting graphics, using AI tools to rapidly develop and test concepts while maintaining authenticity.

You’ll own end-to-end creative projects and work with Growth and Lifecycle teams to align campaigns with funnel needs. Ideal candidates combine strong storytelling, video production skills, and a passion for social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Video production and editing for mobile-first social video.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality social and performance creative from concept to delivery, primarily short-form video.
• Use AI-assisted and synthetic creative to test concepts, hooks, formats, and assets.
• Own end-to-end creative projects and rapid testing across paid media platforms.
• Collaborate with Growth and Lifecycle teams to align creative with funnel needs.
