Job summary

Ambient.ai is seeking its first dedicated video editor to join a two-person creative team, reporting to the Sr. Creative Manager.

You will support end-to-end editing, motion design, and final delivery for social, web, product marketing, events, and sales enablement. A significant portion of the role involves fast, social-native video for engagement and brand affinity, including short-form content for LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts, plus longer-form storytelling for campaigns and product launches,

Qualifications

5+ years of professional video editing experience
Strong portfolio showing editing craft and short-form content
Proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects with working comfort in Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma
Strong foundation in pacing and visual storytelling
Comfort with typography and layout in motion
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Responsibilities

Edit short-form vertical video optimized for LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts with strong hooks, pacing and captions
Repurpose long-form footage into multiple short-form assets
Build and extend motion graphics system with titles, lower thirds, UI callouts and transitions
Capture and animate product UI to explain how the platform works
Produce brand videos, product explainers, customer stories, and launch content
Collaborate with product marketing, demand generation, and sales enablement from concept to delivery
Maintain visual consistency with brand guidelines across assets
