Picsart, Inc. is seeking a results-driven content strategist for a full-time 12-month contractor role. You will shape creator concepts, write briefs, and run tests to identify winning formats across markets, languages, and platforms.

You’ll collaborate with creators and editors to turn concepts into posts, analyze performance data, and push for scalable, compliant campaigns that drive paying users.

Qualifications

• Portfolio or social accounts you’ve grown.
• Creators networks you’ve directed.
• Content you made yourself (rough cuts, scripts, hooks).
• Clear writing that a creator can follow.

Responsibilities

• Decide what creators make: concepts, hooks, scripts, briefs.
• Write briefs creators can follow with rough cuts and examples.
• Test the creative: hooks, formats, markets to pick the winner.
• Get content finished: work with creators/editors to produce posts.
• Find out what converts: analyze what thousands of videos did to target paying users.
• Spread what wins: localize across markets and languages.
• Own launch content: define day-one content for new models/features.
• Tell product what to build: translate creator needs into requests.
• Keep it fresh and safe: prevent copying and enforce rules.
