Job summary

Extend is seeking a People Transformation Specialist to lead end-to-end optimization of People processes using AI, analytics, and scalable systems. You will redesign onboarding, performance, and offboarding workflows while building dashboards and insights for leadership.

You’ll collaborate with HRBPs, Recruiting, and People Ops to drive adoption, ensure data privacy, and champion a data-driven culture across the company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant HR transformation or analytics experience.
• Hands-on with AI tools to improve workflows and adoption.
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel/Sheets, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
• Experience partnering with HRBPs, Recruiting, and People Ops is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business, Psychology, Mathematics, Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI to optimize People processes and roll out scalable solutions.
• Audit onboarding, performance, compensation, offboarding for friction points and redesign for scale.
• Develop People insights via dashboards and real-time reports for leadership.
• Partner with Leaders to drive adoption and improvements across the org.
• Contribute to the broader People function with cross-functional collaboration.
