Job summary

The Strategy and Transformation consultant at Capgemini Invent partners with leading organizations to innovate and redesign business and operating models, enabling sustainable transformation and AI-enabled value realization.

You will lead change strategies, collaborate across strategy, technology, data and design, and shape adoption metrics while guiding teams through complex, multi-stakeholder programs in the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years OCM/transformation with client-facing leadership
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in shaping communications, training, and readiness at scale

Responsibilities

• Lead change strategy and execution for transformation workstreams
• Run change impact assessments and translate into adoption plans, AI-augmented
• Design and facilitate workshops for leaders and teams
• Create executive-ready communications and enablement approaches
• Establish change adoption KPIs; track progress and actions
• Collaborate across business and tech teams
• Coach junior team members and maintain quality
• Shape change management deliverables including RACI and governance
• Develop client-ready content and transformation roadmaps
