• Strategy & Problem Structuring: Own discrete, high-priority transformation initiatives end to end with problem definition, analysis, recommendations, and delivery.
• AI & Operating-Model Transformation: Lead AI-enabled workflows across operations, map current-state processes, design future-state workflows, and define the target operating model.
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Drive cross-functional implementation, ownership, dates, blockers, and change management with field and functional teams.
