Job summary

OpenTrain AI, Inc. is seeking a Financial Due Diligence and Transaction Accounting Reviewer for remote, part-time engagement. You will review transaction-related analyses, ensure accuracy, and challenge assumptions using agentic AI tools.

The role requires substantial experience in financial due diligence or carve-out analyses and attention to evidence and accounting treatment. You will work with AI-generated deliverables, verify conclusions, and help set review criteria and materials for AI

Qualifications

At least five years of substantive experience in financial due diligence, transaction services, or carve-out financial analysis.
Direct responsibility for preparing or reviewing transaction-related analyses and deliverables.
Hands-on experience using agentic AI tools for substantive work.
Big Four or leading transaction advisory experience is helpful; CPA qualification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review financial due diligence, quality-of-earnings, and carve-out analyses.
Check analyses for accuracy, completeness, reconciliations, supporting evidence, and consistent accounting treatment.
Identify unsupported adjustments, double counting, reconciliation issues, and other material errors.
Use agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork, then independently check the resulting work.
Help create realistic transaction materials, task instructions, review standards, and objective grading criteria for AI systems.
