Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an Accounting & Finance Expert (AI Training) for a remote, project-based contract. You bring deep US GAAP and SEC experience to evaluate AI-generated finance content, ensure accuracy, and improve financial workflows.

You will work independently with flexible hours (10–40 hours per week) and focus on real-world accounting practices, journal entries, and model validation. No AI background required, just hands-on finance knowledge.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with financial statement prep and month-end close.
• Strong ability to review AI-generated finance guidance for accuracy.
• Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel-based tools.
• Detail oriented with clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated US GAAP content for technical accuracy.
• Assess SEC reporting outputs and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluate financial models for correctness and realism.
• Identify errors and gaps in AI-driven guidance.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI financial outputs.
• Create sample journal entries and financial scenario reviews.
