Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Sr Specialist Member of Technical Staff (AI & Network Automation Engineer) to advance intelligent operational platforms powering a major telecom network. You will design and automate AI-driven solutions, validate workflows, and collaborate with network engineering, architecture, operations, and development teams to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or related experience.
Experience with telecommunications network operations and OSS ecosystems is desirable.
Strong programming, automation, and analytics skills are required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and support AI-driven automation solutions for network operations and service delivery.
Build, deploy, and maintain lab environments for telecom platforms and OSS ecosystems.
Validate provisioning, activation, inventory, and lifecycle management workflows across automation platforms.
Analyze logs and telemetry to identify issues and drive observability and operational intelligence.
