Nationwide Technology seeks a Delivery Leader to drive secure technology solutions and outcome-focused delivery for a Fortune 100 insurer. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinating across Agile teams, vendors, and stakeholders to realize business value with AI-forward practices.

You will monitor KPIs, optimize value flow, and ensure alignment with strategic goals, while leveraging financial discipline and Lean/DevOps methods.

Formación

• Six or more years in technology or related field.
• Three years demonstrated proficiency in delivering outcomes/projects.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in MIS/Engineering/CS/Data analytics or comparable experience.
• Technology certifications such as PMI, SAFe, Agile or Lean encouraged.
• Ability to influence, set priorities, and communicate with all levels of staff and vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Drives end-to-end delivery of expected business outcomes and realization of benefits.
• Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Communicates issues, visibility, and change management guidance to deliver outcomes.
• Leads contract negotiations, SOW development, and vendor oversight.
• Prioritizes deliverables and manages risks and dependencies.
• Delivers status/health reports to track value delivery and optimize flow.
• Manages medium to large project/product financials.
