Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery of AI-enabled tech initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will own delivery planning, governance, and cross‑functional coordination across product, engineering, and business teams to ensure high quality, on‑time outcomes.

Role emphasizes sprint planning, Jira administration, and stakeholder reporting, with a hybrid work model and comprehensive Total Rewards. 5+ years in delivery leadership recommended.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain Jira boards, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
• Track sprint progress, monitor delivery metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate backlog refinement and planning sessions with Product Owners, ensuring work is appropriately prioritized, estimated, and ready for development.
• Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans, dependencies, and release milestones with product priorities.
• Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.
• Operate in a Scrum capacity and support key roles across product, architecture, and engineering to ensure projects are delivered effectively and on‑time.
• Drive delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health, flow metrics, and team capacity.
• Identify and proactively remove delivery impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.
• Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives, delivery analytics, and Agile coaching.
