Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a hands-on AI-native Product Manager – Technical to transform how legal work is done for ASCS. You will influence engineering roadmaps, build AI agents, and shape product architecture at the intersection of engineering and law.

You will work with engineers and legal teams, ensure privacy considerations, and redesign processes so AI carries the workload while the legal team focuses on judgment and strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents and automation workflows that scale the legal team’s impact.
• Own a clear customer experience and roadmap for legal tooling, and make ongoing strategic decisions about direction and priorities.
• Engage credibly with ASCS engineering teams early in their roadmaps, evaluate technical proposals and architecture trade-offs.
• Identify technical intersections where compliance can be built into the product, foresee consequences of design choices, and surface risks.
• Think big about how automation makes coordination unnecessary and scalable.
