Job summary

Allstate is seeking a Product Management Expert to define, deliver, and manage lifecycle of Legal Technology products. You will drive strategy, discovery, and execution for stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, and enterprise teams.

You will partner with attorneys, business partners, and technology teams to modernize workflows, leverage data, and deliver AI-enabled capabilities that enhance decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise software products or digital platforms.
• Exposure to AI-powered capabilities and analytics.
• Experience in legal, compliance, or regulated domains preferred.
• Familiarity with legal workflows and contract management advantageous.
• Ability to use data and customer insights to guide strategy.
• Understanding of AI and automation in business use cases.
• Experience evaluating third-party software and vendors.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across Legal and Technology spaces.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive product strategy for one or more Legal Technology products.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Tech to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Use feedback, data, and market research to guide prioritization and investments.
• Lead discovery, experiments, and test‑and‑learn to validate value.
• Translate complex challenges into backlog items and user stories.
• Define KPIs to measure adoption, efficiency, and impact.
• Understand attorneys and legal staff to voice customer needs.
• Manage backlogs and communicate the product vision to stakeholders.
• Work with engineering, data, security, and vendors to deliver compliant solutions.
• Evaluate emerging tech like AI to create business value.
