Qualifications

• Solid understanding of ClickUp platform capabilities and AI-enabled features.
• Experience in customer success, technical enablement, or consulting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
• Ability to map customer workflows to ClickUp solutions using templates and best practices.
• Proven project and program management skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and guide implementation using discovery guides and templates.
• Monitor account health and drive adoption through standard plays.
• Configure ClickUp solutions to match key workflows using templates and guidance from senior TAMs.
• Lead AI adoption and automation patterns with customers to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to support renewals, expansions, and AI upsells.
• Document customer workflows, data models, and configuration decisions for repeatable delivery.
