Pantheon Systems, Inc is seeking a Technical Enablement Sr. Manager to develop and deliver training for internal teams and partners. This role focuses on instructional design, AI-assisted content creation, and enhancing technical confidence across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical enablement, sales engineering, or product training in a SaaS environment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into field-ready content.
• Experience managing technical certification programs and blended learning.
• Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with web development platforms and modern web workflows.
