Job summary

Blutic LLC is seeking a Technical Director/Tech Delivery Leader with 15+ years of IT experience to drive technology delivery for large, multi-workstream client engagements. You will set technical direction, manage end-to-end delivery, and report to CTO/VP-level stakeholders while mentoring senior teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology delivery in a senior leadership role (Sr Director or Director) at a consultancy, SI, or large enterprise.
• Proven track record owning end-to-end delivery for large, multi-workstream client engagements.
• Executive-level client communication with CTO/VP-level stakeholders.
• Experience leading distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery organization for the account via Technical Delivery Leaders, PMs, Architects, and Product Managers.
• Maintain on-site presence and build rapport with client leadership.
• Ensure end-to-end delivery scope: schedule, budget, quality, and margin across all workstreams.
• Champion agentic/AI-assisted development practices within the delivery organization.
• Identify and pursue account expansion opportunities and growth.
