Our client is a nationally recognized healthcare organization dedicated to advancing care for individuals living with chronic and complex conditions. Through a broad network of care delivery models and a strong focus on innovation, the organization is committed to improving outcomes, enhancing quality of life, and enabling coordinated, patient-centered care.

We are seeking a highly technical and self-directed Technical Delivery Lead to help drive the execution of strategic artificial intelligence, automation, infrastructure, and reliability initiatives within a large-scale Application Infrastructure & Operations organization. This is a hands‑on leadership opportunity for someone who can operate comfortably at the intersection of technology, delivery, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will coordinate multiple engineering and technical teams, remove roadblocks, manage dependencies, and translate complex technical activity into clear executive-level updates. You will play a key role in advancing AI-enabled operations, self-healing infrastructure, observability, vulnerability remediation, and DevOps/SRE practices across a sophisticated enterprise environment.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Lead AI and automation delivery by coordinating timelines, dependencies, integrations, testing, and milestones for enterprise AI-enabled operations and agentic automation initiatives.
  • Drive infrastructure and self-healing programs including automated password management, monitoring and alert remediation, vulnerability remediation, and other initiatives designed to improve reliability and reduce operational impact.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional engineering teams across infrastructure, applications, data, security, and support functions while managing competing priorities and ensuring accountability for delivery commitments.
  • Advance DevOps, SRE, and observability standards by supporting CI/CD automation, automated testing, monitoring, alerting, and operational guardrails across multi‑cloud environments.
  • Oversee technical validation and production readiness including performance testing, data integrity, ETL workflows, cloud integrations, and other technical dependencies required for successful implementation.
  • Translate technical complexity for leadership by establishing concise reporting cadences, identifying risks and bottlenecks early, and providing clear, actionable status updates.
  • Help standardize IT operations and support workflows by applying ITSM, ITIL, Lean, and automation principles to create scalable, repeatable operational processes.
Here’s what our ideal candidate has:
  • 7+ years of experience leading complex technical projects, technology delivery initiatives, infrastructure programs, or software implementations within a large enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong technical understanding of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), cloud automation, CI/CD, observability, and automated testing.
  • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise technologies such as Dynatrace, Splunk, AWS CloudWatch, Snowflake, ETL platforms, cloud environments, and AI/ML technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate highly technical, cross‑functional teams while working with significant autonomy and navigating complex dependencies.
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to distill complex technical information into concise business updates, risks, decisions, and next steps.
  • Experience with AI/ML implementations, AI-powered automation, agentic systems, or emerging AI technologies is highly valued.
