Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of technology solutions with ability to learn new tools.

• Familiarity with Windows laptops, Microsoft 365, user access support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and end-user support.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, SQL with ability to create and troubleshoot scripts and queries for data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and organizational skills.
