The ideal candidate will contribute to testing, documentation, and rapid prototyping while collaborating with multiple departments to improve processes and data flows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL with ability to write and optimize queries for data reporting.
• Experience or coursework with Microsoft technologies including Office 365 and Azure.
• Familiarity with Windows laptops, user access support, and general end-user tech support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn troubleshooting methodologies.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills; detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled tool integrations and tests across internal systems to improve efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day technology support for employees, onboarding/offboarding, and access requests.
• Develop and prototype internal applications that centralize key business processes.
• Document system changes, workflows, and testing results for compliance.
• Support Azure-based infrastructure and data workflows to ensure reliability and scalability.
