Job summary

Asana Partners seeks an Analyst – Technology to advance the firm’s technology initiatives, build production-ready solutions, and provide hands-on support across enterprises systems. The role focuses on internal applications, BI, and AI-driven features to streamline operations and scale the business.

The ideal candidate will contribute to testing, documentation, and rapid prototyping while collaborating with multiple departments to improve processes and data flows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, SQL with ability to write and optimize queries for data reporting.
• Experience or coursework with Microsoft technologies including Office 365 and Azure.
• Familiarity with Windows laptops, user access support, and general end-user tech support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn troubleshooting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled tool integrations and tests across internal systems to improve efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day technology support for employees, onboarding/offboarding, and access requests.

• Document system changes, workflows, and testing results for compliance.

The Analyst – Technology will play a critical role in supporting and advancing the firm’s technology initiatives and enabling scalable, data-driven operations across Asana Partners. This role focuses on improving how the firm uses internal applications, business intelligence, enterprise systems, and emerging technologies to create efficiencies and support better decision-making across the organization. The Analyst will actively work on developing internal applications, creating practical tools and workflows that eliminate manual work and connect systems, and leverage AI-driven tools to solve business challenges and streamline operations, while also providing hands-on technology support across the firm, including employee support, application testing, system documentation, and other operational initiatives. This role involves hands-on development work, rapid prototyping, continuous improvement of systems, and day-to-day technology operations that directly impact how the firm operates and scales.

The ideal candidate is passionate about using technology to transform business processes, eager to build production-ready solutions, and collaborative in partnering across departments. This role offers the opportunity to design, innovate, and deliver applications and AI features that shape how the firm operates at scale. Duties include:

Ownership of the enablement, maintenance, support, and advancement of critical technology operations, internal application, and process improvement initiatives, including, but not limited to:

• AI-Powered Operating System Development: Support the implementation and ongoing support of AI-enabled tools and integrations across internal systems, with a focus on improving efficiency, reducing manual effort, and enhancing business processes. Assist with testing, documentation, and refinement of AI-driven capabilities as they are incorporated into existing applications and operations
• Technology Operations & Employee Support: Provide hands-on support for day-to-day technology operations, including employee technology support, onboarding and offboarding, laptop setup and refreshes, access requests, application support, hardware and software troubleshooting, ticket follow-up, and internal documentation
• Security, Compliance & Business Continuity Support: Assist with cybersecurity initiatives, endpoint remediation, vulnerability follow-up, business continuity testing, evidence collection, and documentation of recurring technology controls
• Proprietary Application Development & Innovation: Support the design, development, and optimization of custom applications that centralize critical business processes and deliver a seamless user experience
• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Enablement and oversight of Azure services, including Data Factories, SQL Databases, and other Azure-based resources, ensuring scalability and efficiency
• Process Improvement, Data & System Integration: Collaborate across departments to identify and support technology-driven process improvements, including workflow automation, reporting enhancements, data validation, SQL query support, system integrations, and data flows that reduce manual work, improve visibility, and support better decision-making across the firm

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge or exposure to a broad range of technology solutions, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools
• Experience or coursework in Microsoft technologies, including Office 365 and Azure
• Familiarity with Windows laptops, Microsoft 365 applications, user access support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and general end-user technology support
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc. with demonstrated ability to create, optimize, and troubleshoot scripts and queries for data analysis and reporting
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn troubleshooting methodologies
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
