Qualifications

• PhD in human genetics, computational biology, systems biology, molecular/cell biology or related field, with 8+ years of pharma/biotech R&D.
• Proven ownership of a product, platform, or capability portfolio end to end, including roadmap, delivery, and adoption.
• Strong ability to translate scientific ambition into executable product, workflow, adoption, and value-realization strategies in partnership with tech and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the strategic vision for AI-native TIDVAL capabilities and target journey.
• Provide business leadership with scope, sequencing, and priority for product teams and adoption outcomes.
• Define, track, and own KPIs, adoption, and scientific impact across the portfolio.
• Represent customer needs with SME leads to align target biology with product priorities.
