Qualifications

• Expected: Ph.D. in human genetics, computational biology, systems biology, molecular or cell biology or related field, with 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in pharmaceutical or biotech R&D.
• Demonstrated ownership of a product, platform, or capability portfolio end to end, including roadmap, delivery, and adoption.
• Strong communication skills to engage senior leaders, scientists, engineers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the strategic vision for AI-native target identification and validation capabilities.
• Define and drive product roadmap, adoption, and measurable impact across Research leadership.
• Set KPIs and prioritize initiatives balancing scientific value and feasibility.
• Represent customer needs and translate into target biology-focused requirements.
• Collaborate with Lab of Tomorrow leadership to align portfolio priorities and investments.
• Provide guidance on technology choices underpinning the product family.
