Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in computational biology or related field with 10+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech R&D.
  • Ownership of a product, platform, or capability portfolio end to end.
  • Ability to set strategic direction and translate scientific ambition into executable strategies with technology partners.
  • Strong experience in discovery-stage large-molecule drug discovery and AI-enabled discovery workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own and refine the strategic vision for future-state AI-native Large Molecule capabilities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver scope, sequencing, and priority with measurable impact.
  • Define KPIs, track business value, and maintain an integrated portfolio view for leadership.
  • Understand customers and translate needs into discovery workflows and target experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to align priorities and investments.
