Job summary
Takeda seeks a Business Lead for AI-native Discovery Automation & Robotics to own vision, strategy and adoption of a 24/7 lab orchestration platform. You’ll bridge science, data and automation, directing product direction and coordinating with SME leads and internal partners to maximize scientific and business value.

Qualifications
- PhD in engineering, chemistry, biology, lab automation or related field.
- Demonstrated ownership of a product, platform or capability portfolio end to end.
- Ability to set strategic direction and translate science into executable product strategies.
- Experience leading cross-functional discovery, digital, data, or automation teams.
- Hands-on coding experience and technical fluency to engage with engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategic vision for discovery automation and robotics product suite.
- Lead adoption and measure scientific and business impact across the portfolio.
- Translate customer needs into target experiences with SME input.
- Collaborate with Labs of Tomorrow leadership to set roadmaps and priorities.
