You’ll own talent philosophies, systems, and enablement to empower People Partners, drive high-impact leadership development, career architecture, and internal mobility in an AI-native world.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing, scaling, and evolving talent management programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change.
• Experience translating ambiguous talent philosophies into scalable tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and operationalize talent philosophies across performance, growth, leadership, and internal mobility.
• Co-build the programmatic layer and talent engine for People Partners.
• Enable talent density by designing self-service strategies and leadership development.
• Lead high-impact talent strategy projects aligned with Notion's AI-native future.
