Job summary

Notion is seeking a senior talent management professional to join our Talent Management arm. The role focuses on defining, operationalizing, and improving how we grow talent, bridging talent philosophy with practical tools, rituals, and operating mechanisms for People Partners and leaders.

You will help steer enablement across performance, leadership development, and internal mobility, ensuring compensation, policy, and programs align with Notion’s strategy in an AI-native workplace.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing, scaling, and evolving talent management programs.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional change.
• Experience translating ambiguous talent philosophies into scalable tools and frameworks.
• Strong business acumen and organizational judgment, linking talent decisions to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, scale, and evolve talent management strategies and programs across performance, talent reviews, succession planning, and career architecture.
• Translate Notion’s talent philosophy into actionable tools, playbooks, and manager guides.
• Partner with senior leaders to enable talent density and improved leadership outcomes.
• Develop self-service strategies and scalable enablement for People Partners and leaders.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, Recruiting, and People Partners to drive high-impact talent initiatives.
• Lead strategic talent projects with cross-functional influence.
