Job summary

AngelList is hiring a Talent Acceleration Lead, a senior IC role reporting to the Head of People Partners. You will own and scale onboarding, identify and close skill gaps, and design end-to-end learning experiences.

AI will personalize development and automate operations to raise performance across teams. You’ll need 5+ years of ownership over others’ performance, be commercially minded, and deeply understand AngelList’s products and systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of owning outcomes for others’ performance in roles like business partner, head of people, chief of staff, enablement lead, or management consultant.
• Experience identifying gaps and translating findings into fixes that improve performance.
• Experience designing and iterating learning programs with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Get new hires to meaningful impact faster by expanding onboarding programs.
• Diagnose and close skill gaps by identifying missing capabilities and orchestrating fixes.
• Own the development experience end to end, designing, running, and iterating learning programs.
• Integrate AI into development workflows to personalize learning and automate operations.
• Learn the business deeply to ground learning solutions in how AngelList works.
