• Clear perspective on leadership effectiveness and translating AI trends into scalable programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for leadership effectiveness and scalable leadership experiences across the lifecycle.
• Design and scale AI-enabled leadership coaching, experiences, and manager enablement.
• Create AI-enabled copilots and personalized manager support that improve decision-making.
• Build and evolve the leadership ecosystem with external partners and emerging tech.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to align development with business priorities and strategy.
• Translate expectations and culture into practical leadership behaviors and scalable experiences.
• Partner with HR and the business to drive measurable improvements in manager effectiveness and organizational health.
