You will develop pipelines, engage strong candidates, and use AI-enabled tools to support research, sourcing, and day-to-day workflows, balancing human judgment where it matters most.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year recruiting experience in high-volume roles.
• Strong research and sourcing skills.
• Experience with recruiting tech; Workday is a plus.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring leaders and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Understand teams' priorities, talent needs and competitive landscape.
• Translate hiring needs into clear search plans and engage talent.
• Build and maintain pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship building.
• Share talent-market insights with hiring leaders and Delivery teammates.
• Create clear, responsive experiences for candidates and teams.
• Leverage AI recruiting tools while recognizing when human judgment matters.
• Collaborate with People Teams to keep hiring priorities moving forward.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and monitor progress.
