Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least 1 year of recruiting experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong research and sourcing skills with curiosity about talent markets and competitors.
• Ability to build productive relationships with hiring leaders and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Understand team priorities, talent needs, and competitive landscape to inform recruiting approach.
• Manage searches from intake through hire, translating needs into clear search plans.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
• Share insights on market trends with leaders and teammates.
• Deliver clear, responsive candidate and stakeholder experiences with timely follow-through.
• Leverage AI recruiting tools while knowing when human judgment matters most.
• Collaborate with People Teams to keep hiring priorities moving forward.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and monitor pipeline progress.
