DraftKings Inc. is seeking a Talent Advisory & Delivery Associate to help build the teams that move the company forward. You will manage searches from intake through hire, partnering with hiring leaders to understand needs, engage strong talent, and keep hiring moving.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of recruiting experience focused on high-volume hiring for customer-facing and corporate support roles, including fulfillment centers or similar operational environments.
• Strong research and sourcing skills, with curiosity about talent markets, competitors and new ways to identify and engage prospective candidates.
• The ability to build productive relationships with hiring leaders and candidates through thoughtful questions, clear communication and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort using recruiting technology and applicant tracking systems to manage hiring workflows, track progress and maintain accurate data, with an interest in AI-enabled recruiting tools; Workday experience is a plus.
• Strong organization, curiosity and adaptability, with the ability to manage competing priorities, learn from feedback and deliver a thoughtful candidate and stakeholder experience.

Responsabilidades

• Understand teams' priorities, needs and landscape to inform recruiting approach.
• Manage searches from intake through hire with clear search plans and engage talent.
• Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
• Use talent-market information and candidate feedback to identify trends and share insights with stakeholders.
• Provide clear, responsive experiences for candidates and hiring teams through communication and follow-through.
• Leverage AI and recruiting technology to support research, talent mapping, sourcing and day-to-day workflows while preserving human judgment.
• Collaborate with Talent Advisory & Delivery, People Teams and business units to keep hiring priorities moving forward.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and monitor progress to improve delivery.
