DraftKings is seeking a Talent Advisory & Delivery Associate in Boston to manage full-cycle searches for technology and analytics roles. You will build pipelines, engage talent, and partner with hiring leaders while increasingly leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline recruiting processes.

The role emphasizes strong sourcing, stakeholder communication and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualificações

• 2+ years recruiting experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience handling full-cycle searches, esp. for technology/analytics roles.
• Ability to translate hiring needs into search plans.
• Strong research and sourcing capabilities.
• Comfort using recruiting tech and ATS (Workday a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Understand teams' priorities, talent needs and market landscape.
• Manage searches from intake through hire with clear search plans.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Use market data and feedback to share insights with leaders and teammates.
• Create thoughtful candidate and stakeholder experiences with clear communication.
• Leverage AI and recruiting tech to support research, sourcing and workflows.
• Collaborate with People Teams to move hiring priorities forward.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and track progress.
