Job summary

Title Resources Group (TRG) is hiring for a software engineer focused on integrations and backend features. You’ll own end-to-end work on API integrations with partner systems, while also contributing UI changes and backend improvements.

We value hands-on experience with cloud services, AI tooling, and strong problem-solving. Expect collaboration with partner engineers and a role that supports remote or hybrid work depending on the project.

Qualifications

• Three to five years building production software, including integrations with external systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, especially with components outside full control.
• Comfort with AI tooling and ability to break problems into specs for agents to execute.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and services.
• Troubleshoot integration failures across code, logs, and telemetry; determine whether issues are ours or theirs.
• Collaborate with partner engineers to pin down contracts and push issues to resolution.
• Contribute backend features and fixes, plus front-end changes as needed.
• Leave documentation and monitoring so the next engineer can pick up quickly.
