Job summary

Harris Govern seeks a Support Analyst in Allen, Texas to provide technical support for our Appraisal & Tax Collection software. You will use in-house tools, deliver training, and conduct onsite client visits across Texas, building strong customer relationships.

The role blends solid interpersonal skills with deep technical knowledge and modern AI proficiency, including prompt engineering and AI tool integration to speed research, troubleshooting, and knowledge-base development.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical support for software applications is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in using modern AI platforms and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) and AI prompting techniques.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, prioritize, and communicate clearly with customers and partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication while building lasting customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to clients via phone, live chat, and ticket system for in-house software.
• Assist clients in usage and understanding of Appraisal & Tax Collection packages; onsite visits as needed.
• Demonstrate proficiency with SQL Server databases and Microsoft 365; analyze issues and document solutions.
• Learn and apply AI tools to accelerate research, troubleshooting, and knowledge-base development.
• Manage workload to meet goals and deadlines with excellent organizational skills.
• Participate in training, trade shows, and customer visits to promote strong partnerships.
