Harris Govern is seeking a Support Analyst in Allen, Texas to assist clients with our Appraisal & Tax Collection software and related tools. The role emphasizes strong customer relationships, AI-enabled support, and ongoing learning in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with in-house tools, provide training, and support client visits while leveraging AI platforms to speed troubleshooting and improve knowledge base content.
