Harris Govern in Allen, Texas is seeking a Support Analyst to join our team. You will provide support to clients using in-house tools (phone, live chat, help ticket system) and participate in training, trade shows, and onsite client visits for our appraisal and tax software.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience providing technical software support with AI-assisted tools.
• Proficiency in SQL Server and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support via phone, live chat, and ticket system.
• Assist with training, trade shows, and onsite client visits.
• Help users understand and operate Appraisal & Tax Collection software.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, troubleshooting, and documentation.
