Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or advisory roles with deep expertise in supply chain planning and transformation.
• Proven experience designing and leading Target Operating Models across planning functions (IBP/S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization).
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI, analytics or decision intelligence to improve planning effectiveness and business outcomes.
• Executive-level communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-enabled supply chain planning transformations and design target operating models across demand planning, supply planning, IBP/S&OP, and inventory optimization.
• Advise executive stakeholders on how AI and analytics enhance planning decisions and performance management.
• Translate strategy and AI ambition into pragmatic transformation roadmaps from assessment through implementation.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional consulting teams to ensure high-quality delivery and executive storytelling.
• Contribute to go-to-market efforts, thought leadership, and reusable assets focused on AI-driven planning.
