Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Business Technology Architect to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation for CPR clients. You will bridge business strategy, architecture, and execution, delivering measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization and service levels.

You will advise C-suite stakeholders, architect AI-enabled digital core transformations, and collaborate across planning, logistics and merchandising. Travel up to 75% in a client-facing role is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• 7–10+ years in CPR supply chain.
• Experience in planning, inventory and logistics.
• Experience with SAP, Kinaxis and Blue Yonder.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and cloud platforms.
• Strong consulting and leadership skills.
• Client-facing role and willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, working capital, and service levels.
• Translate business priorities into transformation roadmaps and link architecture to KPIs.
• Advise C-suite stakeholders on intelligent supply chain.
• Lead AI-enabled Digital Core transformation and architect end-to-end solutions across planning, logistics, merchandising.
• Embed AI-driven capabilities and provide architecture governance.
• Support large pursuits and shape commercial constructs and solutions.
• Collaborate with partners to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor teams and contribute to capability growth.
