Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United States is seeking an End-to-End Supply Chain Advisory consultant to help automotive clients transform planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics and fulfillment using analytics, AI, GenAI and digital tools.

You will collaborate across strategy, technology and data teams, develop business cases, roadmaps, and executive-ready recommendations, and support proposals and capability development within the Supply Chain Advisory practice.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of consulting or industry experience in supply chain, operations and related roles.
• Experience leading end-to-end transformation initiatives across multiple functional domains.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience developing business cases and executive-level presentations.
• Exposure to AI/GenAI, analytics, or digital transformation in supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply chain transformation engagements across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory, and fulfilment.
• Analyze performance to identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
• Assess operating models, capabilities, and processes to find transformation opportunities.
• Develop business cases, future-state models and implementation roadmaps.
• Help clients improve visibility, collaboration, inventory management and resilience.
• Apply analytics, AI, GenAI and automation to forecasting and planning.
• Facilitate workshops to align priorities and value realization goals.
• Collaborate across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and technology teams.
• Create executive-ready analyses and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and capability development.
