Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an End-to-End Supply Chain Advisory practitioner to help Automotive clients transform planning, procurement, and manufacturing with analytics, GenAI, and digital capabilities. You will design future-ready operating models and drive value realization across the supply chain.

The role requires strong problem solving, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations while supporting workshops and executive presentations.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of consulting or industry experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, procurement, logistics, or transformation roles.
• Experience leading end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives across multiple functional domains.
• Experience developing business cases and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end supply chain transformation engagements across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory and fulfillment.
• Analyze supply chain performance to identify opportunities to improve cost, service, working capital, and efficiency.
• Develop transformation roadmaps and executive-ready recommendations.
