Trunk Tools is hiring a Strategy & Operations Manager to become a force multiplier across the entire business. You will sit at the intersection of operations, strategy, and all business functions, using frontier AI to turn manual work into scalable systems and providing sharp business judgment across finance, RevOps, marketing, GTM, and operations.

This builder role carries ownership to decide what to build, prioritize across functions, and ship tooling that the whole org relies on.

Formación

• Experience in a hyper-growth startup, vertical SaaS or AI-first environment.
• Fluent with frontier AI tools and models; able to translate into working automations.
• Strong business sense across finance, marketing, and GTM functions.
• Excellent communication bridging technical and commercial audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Stand up end-to-end automated workflows across finance, ops, marketing, and GTM.
• Lead cross-functional strategy projects from framing to recommendations.
• Build AI orchestration and lightweight agents to raise team capability.
• Connect functions by transforming messy processes into repeatable systems.
