The role partners with executive leadership to identify opportunities, apply AI-enabled analysis, and deliver measurable impact across operations.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA or advanced degree, 5+ years in retail or related fields, and proven cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Five years of experience in retail, supply chain, analytics, consulting, or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, financial, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience using AI platforms to improve research, analysis, and decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Bilingual Korean and English preferred.
