Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior Director of Worldwide Deal Desk to lead a global team and partner with Sales leadership to structure, review, and negotiate complex opportunities. This role shapes the AI-native evolution of the desk, leveraging analytics and automation to accelerate deal cycles while maintaining governance.

You will collaborate across Sales, Legal, Finance and Revenue Accounting to ensure compliant, profitable outcomes for multi-year, consumption-based agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Significant experience leading global deal desks and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of enterprise contracts, pricing and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of Deal Desk professionals across regions and time zones.
• Advise Sales leadership on deal structure, pricing, discounting and negotiation strategy for complex, high-value contracts.
• Coordinate inputs from Sales, Legal, Revenue Accounting, Finance, Services and Operations to move deals from structure to signature.
• Own deal review and approval governance ensuring compliance with policies and revenue recognition.
• Define Deal Desk policies, approval matrices and KPIs; drive adoption across the field.
