Job summary

Traba is seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to own and evolve our staffing product at the center of its marketplace, spanning enterprise customers and workers. You will collaborate with engineers, designers, data analysts, and operations to design, build, and ship practical solutions across facilities.

You’ll balance customer needs with operational realities, build internal tools, and scale the product to improve marketplace liquidity and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Shipping products that moved business outcomes.
• Experience in two-sided marketplaces with supply/demand dynamics.
• Experience with enterprise customers and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience building internal tooling or systems that enable operations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and steward staffing and marketplace workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data analysts, and operations.
• Write detailed product requirements and execute with engineering teams.
• Improve liquidity, matching quality, and operational efficiency.
• Launch and iterate products across customers, regions, and environments.
