Job summary

Litera, a leading legal tech software provider, is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer in Denver. You’ll own reliability and observability for our production platform, partnering with Engineering, Cloud Operations, and Customer Support to reduce toil and scale operations.

You’ll design automation, diagnose complex production issues, and apply AI-driven tooling to improve deployment confidence and system resilience across AWS and Azure in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong software development skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production issues in large-scale distributed SaaS environments.
• Experience building automation tools and CI/CD deployment workflows.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
• Track record of root cause analysis and long-term remediation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation solutions across production environments.
• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents end-to-end.
• Build observability with monitoring, dashboards, and telemetry.
• Leverage AI-enabled tooling to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Cloud Operations, Infrastructure, and Customer Support.
• Integrate reliability tooling into CI/CD pipelines for scalable deployments.
