Litera is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to drive reliability, availability, and operational maturity of our production platform. You will partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, and Customer Support to eliminate toil, resolve incidents, and automate workflows at scale.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled tooling, observability, and cloud-native deployments across AWS and Azure, with a hybrid Denver work arrangement and in-office collaboration at least 3 days per week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps, or similar.
• Strong software development skills in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex production issues in large-scale distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience building automation tools, operational workflows, and engineering platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design, deployment automation, and cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure).
• Root cause analysis and long-term remediation to improve reliability.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement automation to reduce manual operational effort across production environments.
• Investigate and resolve complex production incidents across applications, infrastructure, and cloud services.
• Build and enhance observability with monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and telemetry.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve troubleshooting and automation.
• Support cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure) and CI/CD integrations.
• Deliver automated operational reporting and reliability metrics.
