Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to join our team and embed within a client’s enterprise. You will own outcomes for AI platform deployments, driving time-to-value, adoption, reliability, and scalability across complex environments.

You will shape AI reinvention, architect enterprise AI solutions, and lead executive workshops with client CTOs, CFOs, and CISOs to connect cost-out objectives to scalable AI architectures.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems (APIs, microservices, containers, serverless).
• 1+ year designing and deploying agentic solutions (agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, workflows).
• 3+ years deep expertise with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, open-source models).
• 8+ years leading software engineering teams, including delivery oversight and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across complex client environments with multi-stakeholder teams.
• Own programme-level delivery outcomes: time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability.
