Job summary

Accenture seeks an experienced AI strategist to lead supply chain AI transformations, spanning ERP and SCM ecosystems with agentic AI architectures. You will map complex processes, drive cross-domain deployments, and craft ROI-focused adoption roadmaps in collaboration with CTOs and CFOs.

You will guide rapid experimentation, design scalable blueprints, and steer multi‑provider AI pipelines to production, balancing technical detail with business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years engineering experience with deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise SCM or ERP platform transformations (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, or equivalent) including go-live.
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments (agents, orchestration, RAG, context engineering).
• Minimum 2 years working with AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Vertex AI, or open source) including multi-provider pipeline architecture.
• Deep design experience across cross-domain processes (Idea to Retire, Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Order-to-Cash, Plan-to-Deliver) and mapping of intersections.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; associate degree requires 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the full arc from business case to production: understand client operating model and build AI solutions across ERP, SCM, MES, and planning layers.
• Lead cross-domain AI deployments at functional interfaces—planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering.
• Drive rapid experimentation from ambiguous problem to production system in days or weeks.
• Architect agentic solutions (agents, RAG, orchestration, multi-system) across identity, data, governance, platform, and process layers.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy with client CTO/CFO/CISO and translate complexity into ROI backlogs and roadmaps.
• Define reusable reinvention blueprints and patterns that scale across engagements and build the FDE practice.
